We are pleased to advise that nearly 10 years ago Brook End was awarded 5 Star status by the UK’s premier rating agency ‘Quality in Tourism”. The accommodation, comfort, fittings and decoration reflect this standard. A few years later Brook End was additionally rated with a 5 Star Gold Award - The highest available in the UK. Your hosts consider this to be the minimum standard we offer guests.

Brook End sleeps 4/5 very comfortably with additional capacity as mentioned later. All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard. All linens / towels are provided (excluding beach towels). All utilities are included in the tariff. Brook End is fully centrally heated with 24 hour hot and cold water. There is a ready supply of fans for those hot days and nights,

The upstairs accommodation consists of 2 double Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kingsize bedroom has a five foot bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath and shaver point. A large cot/junior bed and a single bed Put-u-Up are available if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed and walk in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a large shower, basin, W.C and shaver point. All bedrooms have new furniture, hair dryers and TV’s.

Downstairs the main lounge/diner is 27’ x 19’ with leather suite, flat screen T.V with Freeview, DVD player, CD/Radio and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully fitted including dual fuel cooker and hob, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. There is a generous supply of kitchenware to make your life easier.

Guests have the benefit of their own private garden with wooden table, chairs and benches. They are also welcome to use the hosts garden. Guests have their own private parking area.
