Highlights

The owners take a pride in the presentation of the property, this continues to be of high standards. The guests have a private garden with patio for their own use. This year the owners have added a Bar-B-Q for the guests to use.

Brook End is situated on level ground with a tarmac flat drive and ample parking space.

The main access to the front door is via a brick finished ramp with a rise of 12 inches over 4 yards. (both approximate)

The ground floor is all tiled with doors of normal household size. The kitchen units are at conventional height, as are the controls for oven, hob, power, sink etc. There are no beds on the ground floor.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor via 13 steps of 8 inches on the stairs. One sturdy rail is provided on the top of the stairs.
